After a childhood split almost exclusively between the video store and making films in her backyard Lily found her home in the edit suite. Her passion for storytelling has drawn her across a range of genres.
​
In 2020 Lily co-edited the feature documentary Run, which earned her a nomination for Best Editing in a Feature Documentary at the Australian Screen Editors Awards. Lily then co-edited the feature documentary Wash My Soul In The River's Flow, which was selected for the 2021 Melbourne International Film Festival, Sydney Film Festival and won best documentary at the 2023 AIDC Awards.

Lily branched into broadcast with the SBS Digital Original Series A Beginner's Guide To Grief, which won best digital series at the 2022 AACTA Awards. The same year she edited It's Fine, I'm Fine. The short series premiered at CanneSeries and was in competition at Melbourne International Film Festival.
In 2023 Lily edited her first narrative feature Jones Family Christmas. The Stan original film was directed by Stef Smith and produced by John Molloy and Richard Kelly through The 2 Jons. She was Co-Editor to Alexandre De Franceschi ASE on Justin Kurzel's The Narrow Road To The Deep North for Amazon MGM Studios. Her most recent work was on Playing Gracie Darling for Paramount+.

Lily's commercial work has earned her two Australian Screen Editors Awards for ANZ 'We Do How' and RM Williams 'Crafted For Life'.
